I?ve never had a bad sandwich from jersey mikes until today. I always go to this location and order the same thing, maybe it was... because I used door dash idk. The same big kahuna no mushrooms on wheat jalapeños. Reg and club sub on wheat jalapeños andspicy mustard. Well every time I pick it up it?s made perfect. The first time I order through door dash it?s horrible. The bigkahuna meat was almost burnt and couldn?t taste the jalapeños. Most of all had mushrooms. The club sub was extremely dry withwhite bread I took the bread of and attempted to eat with out bread and I quit. I understand I have to order in the store fromnow on to get my order done right, however if your affiliate yourself with a delivery service you are responsible from beginningto the end. I did not enjoy this $24 meal at all it was a lot of work and a lot of disappointment. Not what I am use to fromjersey mikes. I eat a lot of your sandwiches, I would hate to find another sandwich spot. Read more

I defenitly won't be back i ordered a hot sub i was waiting and waiting i guess there card machine stopped working and thats... fine the least they could of said was I apologize for the wait we will just give you the sub i was waiting for over 15 min mysub was getting cold there system was taking forever to process card payments i just walked out at that point and left the subabsolutely ridiculous! Normally I have a decent experience. I came in at 10:40AM I didn?t get a greeting. I ordered my food and no one was in the... store. I sat outside for a few minutes. I came back in because I seen 5 people come in the store. All of these people get theirfood, I was the first and only person in and the last and only person to leave. Loved this Jersey Mike's! Food was delicious and well prepared. The staff was awesome. They were young people still in high... school who had been working there for years - the manager was a girl who had been there for 4 years and she was just delightfuland friendly. Super disappointed in this store. Ordered a veggie sub for pick up and asked to switch out cheese. Got sub home and all that was... on bread was lettuce and onions. No cheese and no green peppers were on sub which are the basic ingredients of a veggie sub onmenu. Paid full price for lettuce and onion on bread. Seriously, this is unacceptable to put out an order that's missing it'score ingredients. Obviously there is zero quality control at this location. Read more

Great sandwiches! Cold cuts are cut while you?re in the store - what you see is what you get. The Philly cheese steak sandwich... was very good. Staff was friendly. No doubt about that. I, personally, think the interior could be a little more inviting tolinger? there are more comfortable place. But I?d come back for a good sandwich any time. Read more
