I order here weekly and generally have had a good experience with good quality sandwiches. We ordered through the app and... requested extra lettuce and tomatoes. As you can see from the photo below, the sandwich barely had any meat much less anyvegetables. This must be a recurring issue because I overheard a couple of employees talking about similar complaints duringone of my previous visits. They started weighing sandwiches but must have discontinued because clearly this one was full of air! Read more
Customer service was poor. I ordered through Door Dash. They got the sandwich completely wrong for my entire family. When I went... to the store to request a replacement I got terrible customer service. No apology or nothing. Just made the sandwich and thatwas it. I will NEVER go to the Kennesaw location ever again. Read more
1st time to Jersey Mike's. Now I have ate their sandwich but some one brought it to me. I went in and got the regular Philly... today. It was amazing, I highly recommend that sandwich. Saw they have Mini sandwiches. I just may have to go again tomorrowand grab 3 of those Phillys. So good,super quick even at 12 noon. In and out. The 3 working were very cool and friendly. It'd be nice if they just didn't always have a bunch of kids working.. looks like no one is over 19. Attention span is low.. you... have to emphasize you want Provolone cheese or you'll automatically get American despite telling them..sanitation practices aresuspect. All the workers were so kind, and were extremely attentive to all the customers, regardless of age. They are super fast and... efficient, the only downside is that the bathrooms are not the greatest. Other then that, great place to pick up a delicioussub. Read more
