Usually I don?t have any issues at this location. But today for some reason the cashier did not want to work. Came in- door bell... rings- as another customer was leaving. I gave them the benefit of the doubt when they didn?t come out from the kitchen to takemy order. So I yell, ?hello.? To get the attention of the staff who literally just left the front- how far could she havepossibly gone? I yell out hello a few more times - mind you it?s pretty quiet in the shop. Finally the manager tells her to takemy order. She comes back and begrudgingly takes my order. I get ready to leave then I realize she gave me the wrong cookies. Butguess where she was? Yup, back in the back. So I wait. Yell out again. This time I see a male who seemed oblivious just pacingaround empty handed in the kitchen. I had to call the phone number to notify them that they had customers waiting in the lobby!Outrageous. Never experienced anything like this before. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed in my experience being that I drove 45 minutes and has only ever been to Insomnia 1 time... prior. It?s not a good feeling to ask questions (I only asked 2 questions) and get the ?eye roll and duh? reaction. I?m notreally sure but I thought the cookies were supposed to be warm? Well our cookies were not warm and to avoid confrontationbecause I was annoyed by the HORRIBLE customer service, we didn?t ask if they could be warmed. This place is an absolute joke. To even be considered a restaurant is insulting to true food service establishments. I am... suspicious of any review that gives insomnia cookies more than two stars. Uber eats should be ashamed of themselves forassociating with this cookie scam / sham, trailer / meth lab, Easy-Bake oven wannabe restaurant. If you're considering tryinginsomnia cookies put a $20 bill in a toaster oven for a minute or two and eat it it will taste better and wouldn't be a truewaste of money. Read more
Staff was friendly and smiled and took my order with speed and a good attitude. However they did not communicate that out order... was delayed. It had been about 45 minutes and after seeing multiple parties come in after and leave before us. I politely askedif our order had been lost. That's when I discovered that the s'mores cookie in our order had been burned. Communication wouldhave helped. I would not have minded if it had been swapped with something else available. But to assume I'm willing to wait anhour for a single missing cookie is a bit absurd. Needless to say the s'mores came out fresh. The ones that were made earliercame out warm...ish. Empower your staff to ask questions and make decisions, they seem inexperienced. Read more

Love insomnia as a company and other locations are very fast and efficient. However every trip to this location there is an... extended wait. This trip for an hour just to be told that none of my order could be filled and they were baking more now. Afterbeing told the particular ones I ordered would be ready in about 15 mins. This location definitely needs better organization.Management staff made no effort to come out and explain or make accommodations until I asked about a refund an hour later. Read more
Bland! Nothing special. I bought the six pack of classics for $11 plus tax. Standard cookies and I have to say they tasted... very standard. Kind of like you bought tube of unbaked cookie dough and baked them yourself from Walmart. Who ever owns thiscompany and makes the recipes really needs to re-examine their business model. Premium Cookies should be way more heavy way morethick, way more delicacy and unique for this price they all should be frosted. Cookies should leave you with a great memory Iwant you to come back and get more which is not the feeling I get from these at all. Make a much better product raise yourprice if you have to but make it outstanding! These are kind of just like pre-bought cookies you warmed up very disappointing.
