This place is absolutely phenomenal! Staff are quick and efficient with cleaning tables after customers leave during rush... periods. Also very quick and efficient during rush periods. Staff on the line are very patient when it comes to languagebarrier! Bathrooms are very clean and taken care of! High chairs are available for your little ones! very unique yet also simpleand it gives a true natural nature vibe which I love! When you walk in, staff is very welcoming! Walking into this establishmentis very inviting. If I could give this place beyond a 10 I would! Firehouse Wade Green is so much better than most otherfirehouses. Very rude employees and manager/owner. Someone in the building should have basic knowledge of someone has a good allergy and... when asked about it should be somewhat accommodating. Very uncomfortable feeling sitting there waiting on my food. Was going todine in and eat but decided to get it to go because of the vibe everyone was giving off, seems like an awe full place to work.We will never be back to this location. Read more
Great service! Everything was so fresh!! Food was out fast and hot just like I was craving!! Nice atmosphere for my family... (including 3 young children) to dine-in for supper. Bathrooms are clean and orderly with everything stocked. Floors and tables in dining area are clean too! Read more

This location routinely stops taking online orders because they're "shortstaffed". Here's a thought: would it help your staffing... issue to ONLY take online orders so you don't have to have someone stop making sandwiches to go to the register and takecustomer orders in person? I used to order from this location weekly but haven't for several months because placing my order isinconvenient. I really hope that at some point Firehouse corporate places someone in charge of this franchise who has enoughbusiness sense to actually run it successfully. Read more
Went with my bf last night and it was amazing. Amanda (I think... name started with A...) was very much a pleasure to talk to... and very helpful. She greeted everyone who walked in the door and just really seemed to enjoy what she does. Definitely will becoming back. Read more
