Worst Dunkin I ever been too. The customer service was awful. They gave me an attitude when I was debating on what I wanted,... didn?t tell me what my total was, and touched my donut with unclean hands. I am normally a 4-5 star reviewer, but the lack of product and poor service lead me to a 2 star on this one. I have had a couple... of bad experiences but this last one was the tipping point. 2-star Scenario: Ordered 5 items. 4 out of the 5 items were noteven available. Got to the window and found out the fifth item was also not available (it was a seasonal special). They did notchange the charge of the item even though the replacement cost less than the original order. I will never make the mistake ofgoing to this location again. Read more
I ordered two toasted sesame seed bagels which took probably 10-13 minutes and that's definitely longer than other Dunkin'... locations. But the staff isn't rude at all and the wait isn't too bad- at least for me, though may complicate those in a rush. Read more
Editing my rating to one star. This place is getting worse and worse over time. The lobby is almost always locked, with no sign... warning you or telling why. The staff is always arguing. Today we arrived right after a group of people went inside and theylocked the door in our faces. Read more

Unfortunately they always prepare my coffee differently from what I asked and end up going inside instead, yet still have to... make adjustments to maje it right. But the staff are friendly despite this inconvenience. Read more
Really Dunkin? Come on. At least give us enough cream cheese to eat the whole bagel. Service it?self was fine, so I gave 3... stars. But this is the second time in a row I have gotten a bagel from this location, and there?s barely any cream cheese. It?sdisappointing. Read more
