This Dunkin is absolutely terrible. The staff always seem as though they hate everything and everyone. They seem miserable?... also, they seem extremely irritated to be taking orders. What a bummer, I guess I?ll be taking my business elsewhere. If youwant cranky baristas this is definitely the spot for you. Came back today after six months. Thought I would give it another gofor Halloween and get my kids some cute spider doughnuts. The lady taking orders very well may have been a witch. She seemedextremely bothered to take my order. Huffing over the speaker and scoffed at me when I asked if there were any more spiderdoughnuts. This is simple customer service, not brain surgery. I hope the employers reevaluate who they bring on board. I wouldnot want my employees being rude to my paying customers. Read more
Bad day at the Dunkin. They were busy and kept skipping my online order even though I was standing in front of them. $6 plus... for a latte and the cup was only half full after a 13 minute wait. Come on guys, you can do better. Read more
I bought a coffee this morning and it wasn?t hot and tasted burnt, after I drop of my son to school I went back and ask for a... remake, of course I didn?t drink it and I make sure I give back to them, they very nicely prepare another one for me, and it washot and delicious!! As a Dunkin worker myself i?m absolutely appalled that this is how our franchise is being represented. Upon walking into this... Dunkin that supposedly closes at 10:00pm at 9:20, the baristas gathered around to look absolutely distraught at my partner and Iwho arrived 40 MINUTES before closing. After begrudgingly only taking one of our orders and denying us any food or donuts, onlydrinks, they didn?t even bother to ring up the drink and asked us to leave. My partner turned to me and said ?oh wait didn?t youwant something too?? to which i replied ?yes, i thought id like to get a coffee? the worker promptly took out her cell phone,and walked away looking at it. I told my partner i didn?t feel comfortable or welcome here and we should probably just leave, wetook our one drink and left. We staying in the parking lot for a little while and noticed another barista came to lock the frontdoors at 9:33pm, and then went to the back to play music until 10 when the lights turned off. I love Dunkin's coffee. Usually I enjoy the breakfast's menus Nice staffs and good price ~~
I hate this place. It doesn't deserve even one star. The lady at the drive thru handed me my hot coffee. Once I got where I was... going I reached for the cup and the lid flew off, spilling all the hot coffee on my seats because they didnt put the lid onright. I called the manager and he won't take responsibility for it at all. Read more
This company has fell off big time!! Coffee is still decent but that's about it. Can't get a variety of non-dairy substitutions.... The quality of the donuts and the other edibles have gradually declined over the years. Rewards program doesn't make up for thedisappointment. Most likely will not be back. Read more
So it happens at this place regularly,. The title of the place is called Dunkin' DONUTS.... I go in and expected to get an... assortment of DONUTS....but much to my surprise most of the shelves were EMPY AGAIN AT 9AM ON A SATURDAY MORNING-SERIOUSLY??They said would not be making anymore for a while?? How does this happen??...... We quickly drove to a competitor and wasdelighted to see and purchase a large assortment of DONUTS at a DONUT PLACE!!. Booooo Dunkin at this location. Read more
