I go to this place all the time and they are okay. I did find a hair in the icing on my doughnut as I broke off a piece to start... eating. I also ordered a hot drip coffee and they gave me decaf. After about 2pm, the doughnuts are dry, so be careful what kindyou order and just don't after 4 at the latest. Check your food before leaving, $2 isn't worth driving back for but if yourorder is larger, it can be very upsetting as drinks get expensive quickly. Read more
The only thing I give this restaurant is an A for customer service. I have been going here for about a year and usually only go... on Fridays. Within the past 6 months this particular store has went down hill. They are unsanitary on the inside as if it doesnot get clean and they are always out of everything. The employees working have great attitudes, but they do not have enoughemployees (just like everywhere else right now). If this is the case can you not close your dining room and just do drive-thruor only be open for select hours? Every single time I have been to this store within the past 6 months, my order has been wrong,they are out of coffee or doughnuts. I will not be back to this store. Whoever owns this store must do something! I do not mindwaiting for QUALITY FOOD/DRINKS. The past few times I have ordered a caramel iced coffee is tasted like caramel milk. Listen, I do not know the guys name that works early morning Sundays but he is a service superstar. It really is the small... things like when he noticed I was in uniform and he told me to have a good shift. Or when I had to wait 4-ish minutes for myorder and he brought it out to me, and had put a donut in the bag for the wait. If he isn?t in management already, he should be.Because he is serving customers in a way that makes them feel like their business is valued. Read more
I stopped in the drive thru for two coffees and a sandwich. My coffee came out quickly and correct by my sandwich was a... different story. I watch through the open drive thru window as the employee who was making it complain about having to makesandwiches, burnt my croissant and throw it around. It made me feel awful for wanting food and I almost said forget thesandwich. I've never had that bad of an experience at dunkin. Read more
