Shaded parking spots gives the location a boost.
It makes no sense that I do a mobile order and get there about 6 minutes after I place the order and then stand around and watch... while people pull up to the drive up and then place their order and get their order before my mobile order that was placed priorto even getting there is not made. Then I have to ask somebody to make it. Then I asked them to explain why I'm waiting for amobile order that was placed before other people even got there who got their drinks before me. Horrible, I worked in a Dunkin? Donuts in PA and I gave this place mult chances to get their act together but no! horrible... service, they?ve never made my drink right yet charges me extra for asking. How hard is it to make 2 drinks and be nice. Nexttime I?ll just order 1 of everything since it?s to much effort to ask for 1 scoop of cocoa powered so they have time to get thedrinks right. Disgusting. I had hair trapped in the lid of my drink. I used to go all the time but it.was like they a shipped out expired milk... to all locations. I got so sick. Tried to contact. Customer service but couldn't get anyone. Not just that but the food wasthrown together and had no taste. Needs at least salt. Read more
Today the coffee I received was nasty. I love Dunkin. Never have issues at Dunkin?. Today was not a regular coffee. I go to... three different locations due to the way I go to work. This location is 98% of the time I go. Today was not a good day. Carefulwhat you serve. Using the drive thru hate to drive back. Now my dad will have to trust Dunkin again. I'll literally never buy breakfast at Dunkin Donuts again. None of the prices were correct. Said it was $30.00 for a meal. I... paid like $8 for a medium ice coffee with sugar and cream. I was crunching on the sugar with every sip. The turkey sausage andegg and cheese sandwich was awful. Sausage was dry and the middle was cold. Egg was awful. This was worse than a gas station eggand cheese sandwich. Hashbrowns were pathetic and I had like 5 in the half filled tiny bag. What a freaking waste of money. Read more
