By far the worst service of any Dunkin I?ve been to. I?ve had multiple bad experiences here. The customer service is awful.... Asked for extra flavor and was given an attitude and she said ?we can?t do that?. Read more
Who ever was working on 10/8/22 around 11am at the register, and making drinks and food. They all were cussing and having... attitudes. The lady before me upset the crew and from that point they all had attitude with each other and customers. I told myorder and the girl at the cash register turned her side to me and just looked off as if I wasn?t speaking to her. I repeatedmyself then she looked at me blank and took my order. She immediately started talking about the customer who came before me loudenough for me to hear her. Which is very unprofessional. The profanity in the establishment was unprofessional as well.Especially being a family with a child was present. Customer service meeting should be held once a week to ensure thatanger/attitude due to one person doesn?t leak out to the team or consumers. That?s is my rant. Read more
