Came in for take out. Wrong sandwich, no egg. Coffee looked like it had been sitting out. Cold foam didn?t look normal. My cold... brew tasted like tea. This place always disappoints. I?ve been going to this Dunkin for 5 years. At first I thought it was pretty average but then something changed. This Dunkin got... an Annie. Annie is the most sweetest and helpful employee I?ve ever met. One time I spilled coffee on my hand and she was rightto my side with napkins. Another time I was short $4.50 and she covered it for me. She is absolutely amazing, she remembers myusual order, and because of her I return to Dunkin every day! Read more
I've visited this store many times, but today I did come in. I called this morning because my daughter had an incident at... another store. The number online was not correct. I called to get the number. Anthony answered and he was just amazing!!!Extremely professional as well as helpful! There was a problem at this other store so he went above and beyond to help me. Heeven texted me to let me know what his manager suggested. I will ALWAYS go to this store as long as Anthony works there! Can'tsay enough about ALL the staff here!!! Went through drive thru. I typically hate dunkin cause they got lazy and their coffee always tastes burned.. but I've gone to... this one 6 times. In those 6 times my order has been wrong 3 times. The last time I had cash. They said they couldn't take it...made me give my cold brew and donut back and gave ME attitude about it. Always rude. Never know what they're doing. Worse service with rude young staff! I have been going to this place foe 15 years and the place I buy my breakfast when hosting... a lot of events at schools and at banks - I am going to make sure that I file an executive compliant and report this yo socialmedia- I am beyond disgusted on who runs this place now! I?ve ordered everything bagels from here multiple times but it has been a while since I?ve gone here. Order is wrong constantly, given too many chances. This is the Dunkin that is closest to my house so it?s my preferred... location. However I may have to just give up and start heading to the one down the road on Jiles instead and try my luck. Itseems about 75% of the time I order here, whether in person or on the app, my order is wrong. I don?t prefer cheese on mybreakfast sandwiches but that seems to be common everywhere so I am used to ordering ?no cheese.? I almost always have meltedcheese all over my sandwich, coffee made wrong, baked goods not available (after I?ve paid/ordered). Waiting back through theline when there?s a mistake has gotten too timely so at this point it?s best to just give up on this location. If you want yourorder made right, I?d go elsewhere. Read more
