I wish they would close this location. They are in the heart of KSU and do not allow dine in which is unfair if you aren't... driving. They don't serve quality freshness and always have issues with attitudes. I will never understand when employees thinkit's acceptable to treat its paying consumers like they did something wrong spending our hard earned money at their fast foodJOB when they chose to work there. Food is usually good, but good luck actually getting it. The few times I've stopped in recently, the dining area has been... closed. This may be due to short staff, but there is nothing advertising the dining room is not open. In fact, there are signsfor delivery drivers to come inside to pick up...but the doors are locked. The drive through has a notoriously long wait. Read more
I'm allergic to seafood and they cook everything in the same grease which is gross. No one wants fries or fried cheesecake that... taste like fish. This is a company side issue not just a franchise problem. I used to eat there all the time when they firstcame to Atlanta, but then they started serving fish and shrimp tacos; now I can't eat here anymore. Read more
Well, try to order food that the are advertising on a huge banner in the drive through, but they had no idea what we we're... talking about. So order the standard food, we paid, they had us drive around to the double doors and they would bring it to us.Alomst 10 min later, got out went to the door, all doors locked. Had to go back to the drive through and ask about our food,which they finally brought out through the double doors. The pic is how we received our order, fries dump inside, spilling outinto the bag. I love Del Taco. Yes the line can be long at times but it?s worth it. Their queso is super good and I love their ice coffee... (which does run out sometimes). I always order the fish tacos. I like their plates with the rice and beans and protein and it?sonly the fast food place I can eat at that doesn?t leave me feeling bad later. Read more
Disgusting...both the customer service and the food. They used to be good but they have steadily gone down until their food is... just not edible. The bags and paper on your food smells of mildew. The line is always incredibly long...for what I don't knowbecause your food will definitely be cold. The employees are blatantly rude. The meat tastes weird and they put SO MUCH OF THATWHITE MAYO SAUCE on your chicken, shrimp or fish tacos that you just can't eat them. An absolute waste of my time and money. Read more
I got a burrito meal for my birthday and the rice was all crunchy and stuck together and the beans felt like roasted peanuts. It... was completely inedible. Crispy chicken taco was way better than the 12 dollar meal and it was a chicken tender and ranch in atortilla. Don't get a burrito. Read more
