They have incorporated a planet smoothie with it. 3rd time I stopped at this location and there will not be another. Last two... times the drinks were watered down. This time closed due to being short staff, which in its self say alot. Poor ownership.Speaking of shouldn't they care about there customers and investments. I went to this coldstone with my kids to get ice cream. All ice creams are runny like milk shake. And they were charging me for... 4 ice cream but I only had 2. No apologies for runny ice cream but I been told that door is been open to many time so it's softlike this. I been to many cold stone busier this this and never seen runny ice cream. Read more
I personally watched 3 people walk out while the two girls working there argued with a customer who had ordered a cake for her... husband?s birthday and they gave her their wrong cake. A chocolate instead of strawberry. She was demanding her money back whilethe girls had to call a manager to get authorization to do a refund. I also witnessed them skip over a nice Hispanic lady whohad already been waiting patiently for 10 minutes to order a shake and her ice cream. I myself am currently handicapped and hadno where to sit while waiting to place my order, as I am not able to stand up for long. I had to return to my car while myfriend was kind enough to get my order for me, had she not been with me I too would?ve left. If this business doesn?t get betterManagement in place I don?t think the brand alone will sustain it! Potentially $100 lost within a 40 minute period!!! SMH???? Read more
Lawrence was amazing! So my husband and I called for a last minute cake. We had no clue what kind of flavor. Didn?t realized we... had so many choices!!! This was our first time ordering a cake from Cold Stone Well Lawrence?. He was friendly and patient. Hetook his time explaining things to us. The ice cream is amazing as usual. The service was a bit lacking. Placed an order online. Got there to pick it up and waited... over 10 mins. While the 2 people there helped a small group of 3. I stepped up to the online pick up area so they knew I wasthere for it. Instead of 1 of the workers taking a moment to ask me they just kept ignoring me until the 3 were all done andpaid. Then I got asked what I want. When I said I was there to pick up an online order, she turned to the fridge to pull out myorder that was done before I got there. Read more
