Spectacular product. Dull service. Patio tables outside shop need replaced. Bathroom is filthy, needs renovated.
Quality and quantity sure has decreased! I ordered the same birthday ice cream cake every year for the past 12 years. So prices... have gone up, I?m OK with that IF the cake is the same. It was almost embarrassing the cake that I presented to my son thisyear. Very little mix ins on the inside, small thin layer of cake and minimal toppings on the outside. This cost over $50 with atip. Stopped here after a long day craving my favorite combo. Waited in a long line which isn?t a problem. When it was my turn, a... young lady named Alyssa, assisted me. I clearly stated I wanted a ?love it? size , with a full waffle bowl crunched into myicecream. She grabbed the kids size bowl, crunched & tossed it in my mix. I gently reminded her that I wanted the bigger wafflebowl. She got snappy and grabbed the bigger bowl. I said I only need half of that then. She just went ahead and put the wholething.. barely crushed it up.. she knew I was done with her. I come to this location a lot, but for that experience, I will notbe back to this location! Not sure if the staff was having a bad day or not but the only person in there who was polite was a young man who prepared my... sons ice cream. The young lady and the other gentleman there were quite rude and had an attitude when we were trying to decidewhat to get! Great ice cream and friendly staff no complaints on serving sizes or underfilled cups, inside was clean and everything was... nicely displayed. The outside of the building and stair area could use some professional cleaning as it's dirty and a littleoff putting but thats about it Read more
Wife picked up an "everybody's" ice cream and it was not filled. There was about a "like it" worth missing from it. The ice... cream costs too much for it not to be filled. The only reason it gets 2 stars is because it's delicious. Read more
I love Coldstone and I haven?t had an issue with them until I came to this location. I just placed a pickup order and the girl... with the blonde hair looked at me once and ignored me. Didn?t greet me, didn?t say ?I?ll be with you in just a moment?, she justacted like I wasn?t standing there which is extremely rude. So then a guy comes out and looks at me and doesn?t say anything thefirst or the second time he looks at me. Like obviously I?m not standing there for no reason so I don?t understand why they bothhad nasty attitudes.
