I like the time cards, but it didn?t feel as fun as it has in the past. They have made so many changes and the set up is spread... out and layout probably better in some ways with the birthday tables were the tunnels were. It just doesn't feel like the placeI took my kids for so many years. They had fun, but not like in the past. The staff was friendly. It was clean. The food wasokay. Overall okay it was my first time back here in years. Could be cleaned up more, the ice cream dots looked unclean and the cotton... candy machine as well.Half the machines don't work. Was pondering whether we should visit again, or go to another one with goodratings, or go to a different arcade place. Understaffed ,Yasmin was a great hostess and explained what they have going onpromotion wise. Other staff members were okay but a particular one as soon as you walked out and say your leaving right, whenobviously waiting on the kids to hurry up, and go is rude. But read the reviews beforehand that way you know what to expect.Even with this going on we had fun, yes it's noisy with kids around some are unruly but that is how kids are especially in anarcade. Location is clean, food is decent, and a variety of different games. What more can you ask for? Staff here is solid as well.
First time coming to this location since we just moved here. It was great!! My 3 yr old and I had a blast! It was busy, but it... was a Sunday so you would expect that. The food was good, they have a great salad bar and tons of games that everyone couldplay, even chuckie came out and danced lol Everyone was so nice, especially the front guard guy and the toy people. My daughter took my grandson here for his birthday. It was just the 3 of us but that didn?t stop Joy from making his day very... special. Cheering and singing to him when she brought out his cake she ordered. I was very impressed with the experience. Theplace was clean and the staff was diligent with keeping it that way. We had my child?s birthday party at Chuck E. Cheese a few weeks ago and the overall experience was ok. Our party was supposed to... start at 3 and we got there a few minutes early, as instructed, but were told to just wait by the front door until essentially3pm. At that point other guests were arriving and we didn?t have the wrist bands for the kids because our party host had notintroduced themselves until a few minutes later. Once we got that taken care of, ordering the food and the rest of the eventswent rather smoothly. Some things did feel rushed, like singing happy birthday and having my child go in the ticket wind tunnel.They made us feel like they were waiting on us for hours, but no one had told us it was time for that event. The only otherthing I?ll add is, at the end of the party, no one was checking for matching guardian/child stamps when we were all leaving -which seems like a major safety concern. The person standing at the exit was just holding the gate open and letting groups ofadults and kids out. Overall, my kid and our guests had fun and we didn?t have to spend all day cleaning our house. However Idon?t know if we would do another birthday party at Chuck E Cheese. Read more
