If I could give this location no stars I would. I have placed a few online orders only to receive little to no food at all. This... location is always dirty. The customer service is terrible and staffing seems to be at an all time low. Today I came to thelocation again against my better judgment. There were a few customers waiting outside around 11AM. I thought maybe they wereunexpectedly closed but they weren?t it appears they needed to locked the doors to control traffic. Understand we are in roughtimes but every time I come here it?s something. The Barrett location looked like they had been run over by a bus. I asked for cilantro and the service person said they ?don?t... do that? when I?ve been getting exactly that for over a decade. Terrible service. The entire restaurant was disgusting. Trash was overflowing in every trash can, dinning room was dirty no... clean tables, the server was throwing food around. I asked for fresh fajita and was told they didn?t have any the ones they hadlook like it had been sitting all day. Serving was dropping the metal bin down splashing meat juice on the other food items. Thefood wasn?t fresh. I?ve never seen a chipotle this unorganized. And it was at 1pm a horrible start to the day. I will notrecommend or return. The cashier however was friendly and great service. The view in the back of the kitchen was terrible foodon the floor , employees walking. Chipotle Kennesaw location has the worst service. Employees were rude and disrespectful. No one was wearing hairnet or hat while... prepping the food. Drink machine wasn?t working. Barely gave us any chips. Management needs to fix this location, being run byteenagers who provide terrible customer service. Would put no stars if I could. Read more

This was my first time at a Chipotle and I was soooooo disappointed. Every single table inside was dirty. The chairs were all... over the place. And the service was awful! Again like I said I have never been to a Chipotle in my life and asked about doing anacho bowl and they acted like I asked if there were aliens. They were out of salsa and it was expensive.
