I am Very disappointed in my experience tonight. I?ve been going to this Chick-fil-A for many years. Ever since the remodel, the... service has plummeted. The drive-through has been particularly slow the last three times, so I decided to go inside today. Noone was in line, so we walked right up to the counter. At least 5 employees walked buy and not one greeted me and my daughter.No one even looked at us. After a couple of minutes, a girl came to take my order. She kept cutting me off asking ?will that beall? after every item in my order. It felt like I was inconveniencing her and she wanted to be done with me as soon as possible.Then I gave her a gift card and asked her to see if there was any money on it. She said there was about $15 and change. And mytotal would be under $20. Then magically the money disappeared and she said that there was no money on the card. She ?kindly?asked me if I wanted her to throw it away. I?m there with my child and don?t have the time to dispute this and ask for a managerto assist. I was not given a receipt, I?m guessing she either didn?t care or didn?t want me to get her name. I asked forseveral sides of pickles, none of which were in the bag. When My order was ready, someone called my name to come get it. Again,nobody acknowledged me, or looked at me. Like I was inconveniencing everybody with my presence inside the building. Sorry y?allcould just throw the food in car and run like you do in the drive thru and curb pick up. I had a similar experience at thedrive-thru, where it seemed like I was inconveniencing the employees. I?m not sure what?s happened with Chick-fil-A, but I wouldnot be proud of the staff members. I will discourage my family and friends from coming to this location. I?m sorry CoVid hasallowed these kids to not learn any social, polite, or customer service skills. I had the Cobb salad with grilled nuggets instead of the fried chicken and it is was really good. I would say it's medium size,... but fulfilling. I can't tell you about the "avocado lime" flavored dressing. However, with ranch, it was GOOD. Service waspretty decent tonight, though I have come to this location and the service was garbage can. Great service as expected, fast service and good breakfast. The portion of the fresh fruit was too small for the price.

This is our go-to Chick-fil-A! They have two drive through lanes for ordering, staff is quick, efficient and friendly, and this... is the only location around that does our fries just the way we like them! We bypass locations closer to our home just for thisreason. Keep up the good work! Read more

I had never had Chick-fil-A before, and I am from New York. I dont know if I have EVER received better service from a chain... restaurant before. They gave me and my party an extra free sandwich and a handful of free chocolate chip cookies! We spent about15 minutes speaking with one of the employees there named Susan Self, who recommended a DELICIOUS creamy dressing for my wrap,and just may honestly be the sweetest, kindest woman I've ever met, THANK YOU SUSAN! I ordered 30 pcs of nuggets. The tiny 3 pcs on the right in the picture were there. I first thouth it might be big crumbs. so I... counted and there were exact 30 pcs including those little tiny ones. I put regular sized nuggets on the left for comparison. Read more

WORST CHICK FIL A EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE. I?m a new resident in the area, we go through the drive through and order our food 5... mins before closing. Check our bags and sauces are missing that we ordered. 2 minutes after closing we try to ask can we justget the sauces because they did not put them in the bag. We knocked on the window for 5 minutes because they were sitting therestaring at us. The people pictured literally were laughing and rolling their eyes and ignoring us. Finally the guy was about totake out the trash and we ask can we get the sauces that we ordered, he had an attitude and went to ask the manager and themanager told them no because they closed 10 minutes ago. By far the WORST chick fil a. They said even though they didn?t give usthe sauces , they don?t care because they were already closed !! Service at this location has been terrible recently. My fries are always half full. The condiments and cutlery is a hit or miss,... especially if you get a salad. Curb side pick up takes longer than walk in. Read more
