I usually have nothing but good things to say about this store but whoever the kid was that was working curbside today needs... some motivation or something. My food had been ready 15 mins prior to him even bringing it out, then he brought it out cold, andon top of that how slow he was walking he definitely didn?t want to be at work today. When he finally brought the food out, thebag was all crumbled because of the careless way he was carrying it and my sandwiches were smushed. Carry yourself better kid. Read more
The wife decided to get some quick dinner as we had a busy evening. We ordered a few items for the kids, and we opted for a... couple chicken sandwiches. We've ordered from this busy spot quite a few times and it has been okay. We got home and I took abig chomp out of the "chicken sandwich." It was basically bread and breading, a pickle, and a few strings of chicken hidden inthere. Take a look at the picture; it's quite funny for what it is. However, it was the first meal for me that day and Ibasically had a carb sandwich. Management didn't reply to my initial inquiry. So needless to say, this location needsimprovement. Please visit other locations instead; you'll have less of a headache navigating the drive-through, and the parkinglot. You also just might get a chicken sandwich. Read more
This Chick-fil-A tends to get very busy, and that drive-thru can be a nightmare. However, the service is great and I love the... location. If you're in a hurry, it's best to walk in for pickup. But then parking is also another thing. Lol. Anyway, the foodis also great and the staff gets to know you after a few trips in. Read more
Took over 40 minutes in the drive through to get food. Food tasted good but it had to be the smallest chicken biscuit I've ever... gotten at CFA. Clearly they are making adjustments based on inflation but this was ridiculous. It was about half the size ofwhat they used to serve. Hopefully this was an isolated incident. Read more
Absolute logistical nightmare!!! Only one lane of service!!! Circled the building three times to be served, just to circle again... a fourth time to exit. Wasted a whole hour sitting in Drive thru traffic!!! Horrible experience especially when other customers'orders aren't correct or they want to order more at the window. Not to mention nearly getting into several fender bendersbecause the lot is very narrow. Definitely not worth the headache or the worries. Gave two stars because the food was hot anddelicious, but certainly will not be back. Read more
Tonight was pretty disappointing. Went through drive through. When We got to the window we asked for a split payment with 2... cards. We handed the employee a card, she inserted it, ?Oh, it took it all?? ok. These things happen. We then got our food anddrinks. We had 3 drinks total and we are not even asked if we needed a drink carrier. With 2 milk shakes and a sweet tea that Ifound out once we arrived home was NOT sweet. This was my first time at this location. I missed ordering at the standalone kiosk so the staff accompanied me at the window. ... I ordered a breakfast bowl, orange juice and Greek yogurt for $11+. I feel I was punished like a child for not ordering at thekiosk. The food in the breakfast bowl barely covered the bottom. I did not enjoy the fried chicken pieces. If I had thechoice, I would have ordered the eggs and hashbrown. In fairness to the restaurant, my favorite is the Grilled Chicken ClubSandwich with Honey Roasted BBQ sauce. After ordering a fried chicken sandwich years ago, I have never ordered it again. Read more
We were hungry after spending most of the afternoon at the medical facility across the street. We walked into a basically empty... restaurant, although there were more people behind the counter than there were customers. Standing around doing nothing insteadof cleaning and filling the empty condiment holders. The place was dirty, garbage on the tables and the area where thecondiments were located was empty, including the napkins and silverware. Tables and chairs were askew. I ordered a salad andmy husband ordered a chicken sandwich that was dry because it was missing the mayo he could not locate at the condiment station. My husband took a photo that I am uploading here. On our way out, one of the girls stopped us and asked why we took apicture. She was upsetting us with her questions so we left. In all our visits to Chick-fil-a's, this is the first one thatwe have ever been to that was in such a disarray. We will never return there. Read more
