The employees here are very nice. Food tastes? meh, and numerous times I?ve gotten some very cold/overcooked fries. It?s Burger... King, and the food is eyewateringly cheap, so exactly three stars seems fair. Nowhere near as good as McDonalds, but that?s 2+miles out. As a broke vegetarian in the area, I visit here almost weekly, because the $3 Impossible Whopper on Wednesdays istoo good a deal to pass up (particularly given the dearth of other meatless junk fast food options). Tonight I had a rathertaxing experience where BK?s app malfunctioned and dropped the extra Impossible Patty off my sandwich. I went through thedrive-thru again and received? a char-broiled all-beef patty, requiring a third awkward drive-thru visit to rectify. Theerror(s) were nobody?s fault, but after (accidentally) eating a single bite of that unbelievably watery, greasy, tasteless beef,I now understand why resident carnivores aren?t flocking to the King in droves. Horrible service. Had to repeat my order 7 times and they still got it wrong. Their card pos system was down so they were cash... only luckily I had cash for them. Fries were hard and cold me they put cheese when I specifically told them no cheese on mywhopper. Will NOT be back. If I could rice them ZERO stars I would. Read more
Good service here. I must say that fast food is growing old no matter where you go
Came through drive though and ordered French toast and a small hash. I had to pull up for my French toast to cook. When I got... down the street and started eating my food my French toast were gummy in the middle and my hash was hard to eat. Verydisappointed I like Burger King breakfast but I definitely won?t be coming back after this visit. Read more
The person that handled the front was very polite. She informed us that one of our sandwiches will take some extra time. My wife... , Daughter and myself enjoyed our meal. Only issue I had was getting to speak with someone. Most personnel was on cell phonetalking about Tik Tok or instagram. Very unprofessional. Seen the whole atmosphere changed when another employee arrived. Seemlike it was one of the managers that does her job correctly. Read more
Came to get some food and they faked a system outage. We?re staying at a hotel up the way and they close in 30 mins. Everything... is still up and running but they refused to serve us bc they didn?t want to. This also isn?t the first time I?ve heard this fromthis Burger King. Horrible when you have a starving toddler but they workers just want to chill on the counters and sit on theirphones. Read more
No one was in the drive thru line, but they had me pull over to the side to wait for my food. Another car came a couple of... minutes later. They had them pull to the side as well. The lobby is closed so it isn?t like they are swamped with customers. Isuppose this is an attempt to protect their drive wait times, but still take their time on the order. Should a burger from afast food place really take over 15 minutes when you only have 2 customers? Read more
Unless you enjoy the taste of food that was fried in oil from a 1987 Volkswagen Golf, avoid this BK at all costs. My onion rings... were inedible. Out of the 5 that I actually ate, 2 didn't even have onion in them and they were hard as a rock. I'm actuallyafraid to eat the sandwich I ordered. BK wouldn't refund my money but gave me a coupon for $5 off my "next order" (spoiler: Idoubt I'll return). Note to the management that will never read this: changing your fryer oil once every 7 months would be agreat business strategy unless you would like to continue being the laughing stock of the fast food industry.
