This is the second time we have ordered food online, to get there and them be closed. Update your hours and stop taking orders... when you know that no one will be there. This used to be the best BK in the area. But it has gone down hill fast the last year. Read more
Food is ok but be aware they are drive up only (as of Oct 22). More likely due to lack of labor than Covid. Hours are sometimes... clipped also, but hopefully that's short term only. Read more
Coke dispenser out of several selections. No straws and only a few lids and napkins available. Was not given a receipt for the... meals I ordered. Floor dirty. Overall impression was, ?How did Burger King get this lousy? Read more
They can't for the life of me process an order correctly!!!!! ???? we asked for cheese on a sandwich, they charged us for it and... then DIDNT ADD IT! nothing is more frustrating than paying for something and not getting it! Read more
Friends don't let friends go here. I've finally given up on this place after years of frustration. Employee turnover is high,... quality of help is low. Orders are consistently incorrect, services is slow, attitude is straight up miserable. Read more
I've been to this location on several different occasions. I keep trying and at this point it's quite obvious I need to let it... go. Every time I order a whopper it's ICE COLD. I ordered it without cheese and it's ICE COLD. I've even made special requestsand they've gotten it wrong and the burger is still ICE COLD! I pass this place 2x a week and now it's just disappointing so Ino longer stop. The customer service is fair I can't say it's great or bad but it makes no sense how they forgot to put a burgerin my bag. Yet, it's always ICE COLD day or night weekend or week day it's ICE COLD! Visited 9-5-20 at 9:30 p.m. waited 40 minutes for a couple whopper meals, the one employee that was running the kitchen and... drive thru simultaneously had a terrible attitude, and a much worse work ethic. As he filled the fry's with the tongs he couldnot figure out how to get them into the small sleve, the first fry was decent size, the last he completely gave up and didn'teven try to hide it. This location should be ashamed to employee him, let alone have him there by himself. Every single aspectof the food said lazy and zero care given. The burgers had no lettuce or onion. Using the same gloves he takes cash and cardswith, he went in the kitchen building burgers, this location is a health hazard even if it weren't a pandemic. Read more
Omg the slowest fast food. seemingly lazy crew. Lack of crew. This must be a drive thru for a sloth or turtle. It's ridiculous.
