Honestly not very good. You pay $6 for McDonald?s fries. I?m not kidding. Tasted identical and went stale as soon as they cooled... down at the table just like McDonald?s fries do. Their burgers were incredibly salty and not flavorful at the same time. Theirshakes were good though. Read more
I'm so glad me and my boyfriend starting coming here! I love to get the Super Burger Bowl Salad! I get the fat free balsamic... dressing with it. This is one of the best salads I've ever had in my life!! My boyfriend likes to get the bacon cheeseburger andthe sweet potato fries. They have the coca cola freestyle machine and I like to get the AHA! My boyfriend got a cookies andcream milkshake the other day and it was really good! The only time they have messed up is when they didn't put the cheese orbacon on my boyfriends burger, but they fixed it for us no problem. My sister and I visited Burger 21 Kennesaw after reviewing the unique menu online. It was nice to see it offers the Impossible... The service is great, location is even better, and their black bean and impossible burgers are fire good! Also their cookies and... cream milk shake is the very best. The price is not cheap however, it is worth every penny when you factor in quality of foodplus the amazing customer service. You will not be disappointed. Read more

I wish fries come with the burger like a combo deal. I had the buffalo chicken burger. It was 8.79. I do believe it?s more so... worth 6.00 honestly but that?s just my opinion. It was good though. I would recommend. Read more
Terrible service. I asked for a extra sauce and the manger- whom I assume was the manager (bald, middle age white guy.) on duty... looked at me and just shook his head no and walked away annoyed. There was 5 of us and 1 sauce wasn?t enough? I?ve never beentreated so poorly at a restaurant. Not to mention the kids grilled cheese was a cold piece of cheese on a hamburger bun. I haveeaten here several times and never had a issue, until today. I get being under staffed but there is no reason for rude serviceespecially at a over priced burger place. Read more
I have to say, we went here on a whim...and boy are we glad we did!! I got the Tex Mex and my wife the black and nleu burger. ... They were both out of this world. We got shakes... cookies and cream and chocolate. They have us the largest straws I'veever seen! I can see why... the shakes were so good and thick.
