Great ice cream, but a little pricey. Also, it seems they need some help inside. The wait at the drive thru was very, very... long and when I read my receipt, I saw that I paid $13 for one small scoop in a cup, and one small milkshake. There is a bignow hiring sign at this Brusters. Maybe they lost their staff when school went back into session ????? I love that they are openlate, but the business side could use a little work. I love taking others to Bruster's because I know the ice cream is always delicious. I will say I'm a little disappointed that... the chocolate ice cream w/ the mini peanut butter cup is off the menu. That was our absolute favorite one of all. Read more

Good ice cream, but please make sure you get an itemized receipt. The past two times I?ve visited, I?ve been overcharged, and... had I not paid attention, I would be paying for something I?m not getting. I ordered a free baby cone for my toddler and theycharged me $3 for it. The woman insisted I ordered a kid cone. They gave me a refund reluctantly. Second time, they charged mefor a regular cone instead of a small and forgot the baby cone entirely. I wish this wouldn?t keep happening, but I?ll just haveto find a new location. Read more
