I?ve been to this location twice, and I didn?t receive the best service both times. Both times we were assigned a lane that had... tables that had the previous guests? food and drink on them? and both times we had to flag someone down to clean it. Also,getting food service is really difficult to receive at this location. No one comes to greet you, which I can understandpartially because of the order kiosk. However, the order kiosk has been broken both times we?ve came, so we have to get aserver. When we ordered food the first time we came, it took a while for someone to come to us? but not for a couple that came20 minutes after us. That felt unwelcoming. The food we did receive was good though. On the second visit: When we requested fora server to come, it took about 40 minutes for someone to arrive. We were finished playing by this time, so we did not end upordering anything. It?s great that other people are receiving excellent food service at this location, but I haven?t seen itduring my visits. Read more
Family fun center. Primarily bowling. Has pool tables, arcade and other activities. Modernized interior very clean. Friendly... employees and servers. Great music and lighting. Food was good and service was quick. while everything was slightly over priced,It was not unreasonable. We travel 6 states for work and several coworkers bowl every Wednesday while we're on the road. I wasHappy to have them bowl at Bowlero while they were in my home area. It's By far the nicest place we have bowled in months. WhileI carry my own stuff, there was even comments about how new the rental shoes were. Thanks for a great time. Read more
This bowling alley is so much fun and the staff is kind, courteous, and professional. Bowlero is more than just a bowling... alley. They have a decent sized arcade and multiple pool tables. My husband and I moved to Georgia from California just 3 daysago and Bowlero was the first place in Georgia we've been to. They made us feel right at home and everything appears to be soclean and very well kept. Activities are fairly priced but food and drinks are a bit expensive and taste isn't the greatest butit is still good. Read more
Good place to be - alright,Alright,ALRIGHT! Tough place to bowl a high game because the lands are very dry and your ball is... going to be curving tremendously. Delicious snack bar chicken tenders and parmesan fry's!! Read more
It was great. Only downside is that we spent $90 on credits for the arcade and there was a HUGE SALE going on, and the guy... charged us full price. When we went to pay for laser tag, a lady said everything was discounted for that Sunday. Laser tag was$2.25 rather than $8/person, and credits were SO MUCH CHEAPER, also. We almost paid full price for laser tag, but had to run ourwinning items out to the vehicle, before laser tag. Just minutes later, the price had dropped with another associate. The guywas still there and he apologized and said he didn't know it was discounted that day. But he also didn't offer to comp us withmore credits or refund some of our money. This was the only walking distance place from the hotel I was staying at. Looks like a fun place for friends or family with... bowling, pool tables and bunch of games. The bar is well stocked and the bartender was very efficient and friendly. The food isyour average bowling alley fare. Not bad for not having to drive to have a few drinks and a bite. Update: I am very impressedwhen the owner of a business replies to reviews quickly, it shows care about customer service! This deserves another star. Read more
Our 1st time at this Bowlero and it was a blast. We went mid afternoon and it was not super packed. They have a bar, good food,... pool and arcade games in addition to bowling. We didn't wait long for a lane, they have lots of lanes. We enjoyed ourselves.Nice place for a date night or a family outing Read more
Bowler Beware: What were previously well kept and great lanes are becoming increasingly run down and dangerous to your personal... equipment. On Nov 17th I came to this location with a friend to try out a newly drilled bowling ball I had purchased on 11/14.Our first lane (Lane 33) had a large chip missing in the wood at the front of the lane, and the lane itself broke down requiringa technician to come work on it about 3 frames in. We were moved to another lane (Lane 32) and about two games in my ball cameback up the ball return covered in scratches and with a large chunk missing in the track of this brand new ball. I took my ballto the front desk where I was told that it was a known issue that the ball return for Lane 32 was damaging balls and thatBowlero would replace my ball with the same or better ball as soon as possible and that management would reach out to me thenext day. Since then, their offer to replace my ball has become an offer to repair my ball instead, which I was told could takeup to two weeks due to the large number of other damaged balls ahead of me in queue, and communication has become less frequentand inaccurate including having at one point been told I left a different (and much less expensive ball) with them than the onethat was damaged. As of writing this review I'm still awaiting the final resolution to this very frustrating situation. Read more
