I went to the drive thru, ordered the Crispy Chicken meal, it was obvious the sandwich was very old and was sitting out for who... knows how long. The sandwich was hard, burnt, mayo was old and dried up, fries were cold, absolutely disgusting! Arby's is NOTcheap fast food, that meal cost almost $10.00 and was inedible! STOP serving customers old, burnt, hard,nasty dried up food! Isthis what you want on your lunch break, or after working all day, and sitting in traffic?? Great place for a late night meal. Arbys food is always good and their line isn?t a 25 minute wait like some of the other places... in the area. Food came out pretty fast after we got to the window. Seemed like we were short a Diet Coke though. Arbys is alwaysconsistent with their food taste and quality. Read more
What happened.... order the French dip I got about enough sauce for two bites in my au jus.... decided to try the crinkle fries... since they got rid of the potato cakes the worst things I've ever eaten... they were burnt and nasty.... bring back the potatocakes everybody wants some everybody loves them I don't understand... and for $8 give a girl some au jus won't be back Read more
I hadn't tried Arby's in a long time so I gave it a shot. French dip, cheese sticks, and a soda. The cheese sticks were cold... and the cheese itself was hard and not melted, unable to eat it. I tried the sandwich and dunked it into to au jus, it wasalso cold. I tried it anyway as I was really hungry and big mistake, the juice was almost all water. Its supposed to be darkin color and tasty, this was cold and almost clear, like dishwater. So without cheesesticks or my au jus I ate part of thesandwich which also was cold and threw it out ! Absolutely disgusting food. I seldom eat out nowadays as money is so tight andwhen I do I expect to get what I pay for, meaning being full at worst, and enjoying my meal as best. This was a perfect experience. I had visited a different Arby's, on Wade Green rd, the night before. I finally got to try the... burger from this location. The Arby's on Wade Green told me the burger was no longer available. That the limited time offer ofthe burger ended the week before. ( they still had it on their menu and app and posts of it on the windows) Arbys corporate saysthe burger is available till the end of June. This location, where I went last night confirmed qss what corporate stated aswell. Anyway, the burger was as good as everyone has said. Was very satisfied with it. Hope they keep it on the menupermanently. This location, next to KSU was great 5 stars. The location on Wade Green, no stars cause of lying about theburger. They would have been ok if they had just said they had sold out of it. Read more

I love what they did with the remodel, this was my first time back since they did the remodel. Front line server was very... pleasant and was prompt at greeting us. He took our order and then I had to use the restroom. That bathroom was spotless and forthat fact so was the restuarant. The food was just what we expected it to be, yummy!! Good all the way around!!! Read more
