Tried their new Wagu. Burger. Today was the first day they added this to the menu.The burger was very good and the condiments... were excellent and added to the burger. They advertise it one cooked medium well and mine was perfect. Btw the manager Ross wasvery helpful and offered me a water while I waited for the burger to be cooked to order. Read more
Found hair in my food, called the restaurant and was told that the employees only wear hairnets if their hair is long. The... manager Katelyn was very rude and once she was done speaking to me she hung up. Horrible customer service and obviously don?tfollow regulations of the health department. Manager on duty Katelyn told me her GM said that I could come and get anothersandwich, not sure who would want food remade after hearing ?we only make them wear hairnets if their hair is long? why would Iwould risk getting another sandwich with hair, plus I didn?t want anyone in the restaurant dealing with my food after theattitude the manager had. Went through the drive thru ordered a #1 classic no drink, the guy Antonio in the drive thru made me pay 1.88 extra for the... cheese cause he ?didn?t charge me for it? when in fact he did . Messed up my order. I said classic Buffalo for my wings, reiterated it being classic Buffalo a second time and they gave me... whatever the other flavor is. I called to go back and get my correct order and they hung up on me mid call. Editing because Ican?t make a second review. WORST Arby?s ever. Gave them another chance got the correct wings this time. Asked for extra Buffaloand ranch. Gave me two Buffalo but no ranch?? Never going back. Read more
