The wings are good, but good luck ever trying to order. On multiple occasions we have tried calling our order in ahead of time... for pick up. The answer the phone and act like they can?t hear say. They say hello 1-2 times and then hang up. When you callthem back they try to rush you off the phone when you?re trying to give your order. Customer service is beyond awful here. I've been to many American Deli locations. I've never had a complaint about the food before this. I ordered the steak philly and... wing combo. The lemon pepper wings were good. The steak philly... not so much. It had no taste. The bread was dry. The steak hadno seasoning at all... I was extremely disappointed. This place used to be good 2 months ago, i used to eat here once a week. Then all of a sudden it was hit or miss. No body answer... the phone anymore, the cashier lady always on her phone. The wing always dry and fries are soft. Read more
I ordered a 3 piece Cod Fish and French Fries. When I got home less than 5 minutes away the fish was way over cooked to the... point where you could chew it for several minutes and it would not brake apart. The fries were also over cooked but at leastthey were edible. I?ve eaten at other A.D. locations and never had this problem. I dislike wasting my hard earned money on badfood. Read more
I visited this place for the first time today. I must say order was good and hot. They were well Staffed. Everyone was pleasant... and clean. But I have to say, some of them, although they were wearing gloves, they never switch out in between orders. I didsee an adult female that was preparing the food with long brown hair, pinned up . She would change out hers. Lobby had a liltrash on the floor. The back did appear to be very clean. I would just remind staff to change gloves in between working theregister and they should take off gloves in between orders. My main concern. Read more

The wings were VERY dry overcooked. My friend called the pigeon wings because they were so small. The cheese steak bottom bun so... soggy I couldn't even pick it up. Never again. Read more
