The customer experience is horrible. They ?close down? and tell everyone that they?re ?not taking orders?, even after you place... a mobile order online. And when you pull up to the window to ask about the mobile order , you?ll prob let be screamed at by theemployees. Absolutely trash. Read more
Wish I could leave a negative (-) 5 star review! I arrived at exactly 12:48am but was told they were closed. After advising... that they advertise to be open until 1pm. She became very upset that I even challenged her and walked away from the window.After about a minute I was approached by another employee asking if I needed help and I advised that I was told that they wereclosed. This person advised that they were not. Since I was now confused I implied that it was now a concern that getting myfood would be too confusing and I feared that they would mess with my food. The original employee came back to the window andwas extremely irate and unwilling to speak to me in a rational manner. She told me to leave and that they were now closed at12:52. Such a horrible experience! I advise that no one subject themselves to this! Raising Canes took care of me and myseveral friends.
