Had a early morning flight. Opened late and went to order a smoothie. The rude employee said sorry we dont have anything to make... smoothies, wont till 3pm. When asked why just being curious the employee stared either buy something or get lost. Should ofnever opened then if you have nothing to sell or make. Read more
So I don?t like writing negative reviews, it?s really got to be earned. The staff here is very slow and work very nonchalantly.... They are located in an airport so much people are in a time crunch but I saw them stop numerous times to just talk and gossip. 4employees stopped what they were doing, stopped making shakes, stopped taking orders, stopped washing dishes all to talk andlaugh for at least 2-3 mins before going back to work. All while 8 customers stood there starring at them waiting on theirshakes. Poor management at this location! Read more

Staff took 17 minutes to make my smoothie and then got it wrong. When I told them and asked for the correct one, they became... very rude (not that they were friendly to begin with), and told me there was no way they had got it wrong, even though they hadgot confused amongst themselves what they were making whilst I stood there. Laquita and Kayla are truly exemplary employees. The staff work well together and the manager Laquita works with her team. I was... waiting for my smoothie for a long time and Laquita noticed it and begin to work immediately. Kayla made my smoothie just like Iwanted it and she was soo kind.
