This store does not comply with ADA disability laws in any way. They refused to serve me because I have a service dog. On top of... that they were incredibly rude. I have been to many other Baskin-Robins locations that happily serve me as well as ask if myservice dog needs anything, however this location told us to leave even tho they legally are required by ADA laws toaccommodate all disabilities. I will not return to this location. It?s heart when the care of others is not put first. Read more
Took my kids cause we were in the area and out for a little treat. Got 10ft in the door and asked to leave cause the little kids... didn?t have masks. The kids didn?t understand and I was in shock not at the mask policy but at its delivery. Will not bereturning. Read more
HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! We didn't have masks and so I was going to ask to buy some for my boyfriend, myself, and our 3 kids. Before... I could even ask one of the 3 very rude young girls behind the counter told us to leave. On our way out I told them I was goingto buy each of us a mask and a different one of the very rude girls behind the counter told my boyfriend they'd rather us noteat there! After being treated so horribly in front of our 3 kids who were so scared by the encounter it brought them to tearswe will NEVER return to that location even if someone offered to pay us!!! I love the creole cream cheese ice cream and the waffle bowls. They do NOT answer the phone and they also take it off the hook.... I recommend Coldstone Creamery and Marble Slab. Read more
10-11-2020 Sunday evening. So we was watching a television program about ice cream decided to find something local. Baskin... Robbins was the closest place and I decided to go. There was a long in front of the store, they must have a good product. Theline did not last that long, they were pumping the customers out in a timely manner. This location is in a strip mall with plenty of parking. The interior was very clean and the employees all had on masks. The... lady packing the ice cream didn?t have on gloves, but I watched to make sure her hands didn?t touch the ice cream. So I?ve beenon the hunt for really good butter pecan ice cream. I?ve tried several local ice cream shops and grocery stores, but nothingtasted like what I remembered from my childhood. Finally, I thought about Baskin Robbins and decided to give it a try. This isit...the best butter pecan ice cream ever! I got a pint of butter pecan and a pint of creole cream cheese ice cream. I wasshocked to see the creole cream cheese because I was planning to get some from the Creole Creamery. I?m glad I gave BaskinRobbins a chance because it was sooo good!
