So yesterday I pulled up to the drive-thru go to the speaker ask the little lady inside what was the special of the day was told... that it was a breast combo it's like okay I told her I did not want to drink I was rudely told that I had to get to drink andcould not take the drink off of it. Drove up to the window the manager was in the window I asked her I said are you the managershe said yes I told her that the ladies or the girl that took my order needed a attitude adjustment she rudely told me what didyou want me to do fire her so therefore she will not be getting my business anymore. The app says you can order ahead and pick up in store, only you can't. The door to the lobby is always locked. I've never had a... bad experience at the Kennedale location until recently. I ordered spicy, like usual and got original. Also ordered Mac n cheesefor my son. Got home and realized it wasn't in the bag. I've had a bad experience not once but TWICE. I've called to complain at the store and NO ONE EVER ANSWERS the phone. So I send... an email complaining to corporate and expressing my frustration and it has been well over going going on 2 weeks now and stillhave not gotten a response from even the corporate management team. Update- 8/14 I wish I could take my 1 star back and leave a0 stars. I still have not heard anything. I've even gone to a different popeyes and had a better experience. I placed a mobile order and went through the drive thru to pick it up because the lobby was closed. At the order menu, I gave... them my order number and name and was asked to pull through. When I got to the window, the woman asked if I am Phillip and Isaid yes. She then told me the car in front of me has my order. I asked her what that meant and she said the person in front ofme said he was Phillip and she gave him my order. I told her that was fine and I would wait for them to remake my order. Insteadof doing that, he said she couldn't remake my order because she gave it to the other person. I told her that's not my problem, Ishowed her my order confirmation but she again refused to remake my order. I asked to talk to the manager and she said that sheis the manager and she shut the window and walked away. This is the worst customer service I've ever experienced. This managershould be fired.
