Tough to complain about anything here other than it?s popularity, which drives a bit of a wait. That said, the staff moved... through the orders well and delivered fantastic food. We sampled several items: Lobster roll, Crab roll, fish + chips, grilledcheese, and the homemade blueberry pie. This is a true hidden gem, it's right at the end of the road leading to the small harbor. The outside seating area is just what... you need for an enjoyable experience with beautiful view of the boats around. You will have to order and choose a place to sit,while they'll be bringing your food with a smile. Prices are so reasonable and portions are great. We loved the lobster dinnerand the chowder is just out of this world. The have a parking lot so have no worries where to park. In short we're going againand again. Read more
The classic Maine seafood house experience. Haddock sandwich was big and delicious. Seafood chowder was full to the brim with... lobster, scallops, and clams. Crab cake was huge and stuffed with crab. Absolutely delicious, gorgeous location. Busy spot, butif you can get in, it's a great experience! Read more

Food, setting, and service was amazing! Though I did not get any seafood and got chicken tenders instead, it was still good...oh... you're still mad that I didn't get any seafood... well you know those days when you just arent in the mood for some succulentlobster or enormous shrimp.. you know what I mean. Anyway I did try some of the fried clams and crab cake from some of my familyand it was good. Although the crab cake was a little too perfect. It was a perfect circle and it had the same crispiness all theway around. Seems like a sus fish stick if you ask me. Anyway the onion rings we also got was perfectly oniony as usual. Nowlet's talk about the setting. Usually when you eat seafood right next to the bay you get the seaweed fart smell and it justsoils the food around you, but oh great heavens...this was like unlocking world 7 in New Super Mario Bros on the DS....you justcan't find anything like it. Peers you could walk on, open, shaded outdoor feasting areas, unique boats and houses, and theoverlooking islands in the distance. I know what you're thinking....those islands are just there....they don't mean anything tome. Ooooh, you are soo wrong! There was a grid of the history, names, and the location of each of the islands you were lookingat, right on this post. Thus your brain juices aren't the only things hungry. And lastly, lets talk about the service. Now whenI went into the building about to order, I noticed these very caring, hardworking, and lovely ladies weighing lobsters, takingorders, and making their masterpieces which would be delivered to thy guests. It seemed that with such grace that these ladieswould have each meal ready in about 15-20 minutes. But, my golly jeepers...When they had taken our oders we explored the peerand just had a fantastic time looking around. 5 minutes later our meal was ready. This is a great little place to get some chowder, seafood, and a craft beer to enjoy while sitting on their deck looking at the... exquisite harbor view. Parking may be a challenge depending on when you go, so consider going early-ish (11:30) to have a betterchance of nabbing a parking spot. There is limited parking along the narrow road, but best to avoid that if you can. Read more
Holy mother ! Such an awesome discovery !! For a few years I thought nothing could beat ?The Fisherman?s Catch? but I stand... corrected! The fried scallops are just perfect!! It was greatest, thinnest breading I have ever seen on scallops; and it wasdelicious! As for the chowder and Lobster roll, they were also the best I tasted ever! Seriously; not joking, we loved it. Thebiggest challenge however is parking; it?s extremely limited onsite; maybe 10-15 spots but half is they day they are reservedfor the fisherman. You can park along the road, but there not that many spots as well. This being said; you have to go and tryit for yourself; you?ll be delighted! Read more
