This is the 2nd time they?ve served me undercooked, raw meat!!! Absolutely disgusting. I know loco mocos are supposed to be a... little pink, but my rice was soaked in blood from the patty. Not to mention the middle of my patty was cold! So gross. Don?t gohere unless you want food poisoning ???? Sam choys and kona kitchen?s loco mocos are much better and NOT raw and bloody. Read more
This food was so tasty! A large combo feeds two people if you?re not too hungry but it would be a lot of food for one person. My... favorite was the Mac salad and huli huli chicken. Read more
First Hawaiian food experience. Impressed with service, food flavor, and ambiance. The sauces at the side of the restaurant are... uniquely balanced and flavorful. Highly recommend, especially for the price point! I have heard that the pie is to die for butthey have always been out when I've come in. Read more
Hands down THE BEST! Walk in and its a super chill joint with a sweet friendly lady manning the counter. No loud banging of the... kitchen doing their thing and it's a fairly open layout. I had the Mochiko Chicken. Breading was light and crispy while theinsides were still juicy and tender. No fighting with dried chicken here. They top it with a Gochujang sauce that has a veryslight hint of heat. Wifey had the Garlic Basil Chicken and that too was breaded and fried to perfection. She topped hers withtheir Huli Huli sauce and that pulled it all together for her. Both fried chicken plates didn't even have any sign of oilsused. Like...DID YOU USE AN AIR FRYER?! It was that clean of some fried chicken. Not even a sign of oil built up on thebottom. My dad had the Hawaiian Grilled Beef. Tender to perfection and sauced nicely that it wasn't overbearing. They all camewith 2 scoops of rice, 1 scoop of Mac, and an Asian Slaw. The rice was the best ever and the star of the plate! Justkidding...it was rice. I just wanted to say that cause no one ever boasts about plain ash rice. The Mac is the best Mac ever.Better than even the Big Mac. Their version had some pepper in it and wasn't supersoaked like most places that make a MAYO andmac. Their version actually has flavors that raise it up to that next level WWE Smackdown dropkick. Their Asian Slaw is new tous when it comes to Hawaiian plates. I don't think there was any mayo in the sauce and it wasn't shocking your brain with avinegar SURPRISE! Which is actually perfect when paired with their Mac. We sat down to eat and they brought our meals out toour table. They were in boxes and compostable bowls which for some odd reason...I felt like I was eating a high classmeal. That's how good their food is! For reals! You're eating in the joint, from Togo set ups...and yet...I felt like it wasfine dining with the quality, friendliness, and the setting! They make their Thai tea also. No instant stuff. That to me h Read more

It was my second time here & the food is still tasty! The portions are great, enough for leftovers. There?s a good select of... chicken, beef, tofu & veggie choices. I chose the garlic & basil chicken. It needed a bit more sauce for the rice. Chickenwasn?t too dry. Their mains comes with 2 scoops of rice, slaw & Mac salad. The Mac salad is pretty tasty. Be sure to try theirhandcrafted sauces. You can do take out or dine-in. Nice ambiance! A pleasant change from the same old, same old take-out. Read more
