We caught the drivethru clerk by surprise ordering 6 two for six meals. But he repeated order to make sure asked us if we wanted... anything else. I stopped by the drive thru on Monday night. I got a small fry and a sandwich. The sandwich was good just like I expected. The... fries were cold and hard. Went back the following day to get a refund of over 3 dollars and because I didn't call the nightbefore they would not give it to me. Their policy is that I had to call. No where does it say that. I paid in good faith forgood food. They are supposed to have the owner call me within a few days to discuss this. I had the fries with me along with thereceipt. I only expect what I pay for. It's a real shame that they can't stand behind their product. Read more
