The boy was rushing my older friend she has arthritis, when he pushed the bags into her hands some of the order fell to the... ground I asked him to at least apologize and replace what had fallen he rolled his eyes at me. Bummer sign reads dining room opens at 05:00 . Called they stated wont open until 07:00. Reason short staffed. Well it is what... it is. Hopefully owner hires more people a great start to a day is a big breakfast with exta hash browns. Read more
Waited at curbside over 30 mins for my kids Happy Meal. Had to walk inside to find 3 people waiting at the counter with no... clerk. Saw my order sitting on a tray baking the counter. No employee offered any help, so I walked behind the counter andhelped myself. I will not return to this or any other McDonalds. I have had it, the service is quite possibly the worst I haveever experienced, because there was no service at all. Read more
By far the worst McDonald?s Ive been to. Waited 20 mins for just 10 nuggets, 1 double cheese burger and a crispy chicken deluxe.... They can?t say they were busy because I was the only one in the lobby. They can?t say they were waiting for fresh food becauseeverything was cold! Bunch of young kids working with no supervision. If I could give this place a -5, believe me, I would. This wait time and manner in which the workers were taking on this... situation was ridiculous. We got there at 10:30, to the window around 11:05 and didn?t leave until 11:55. We had a goodmultitude of orders but we were waiting for a while. When we got to the window we were told to move to the side because thescreen deleted our orders, so we would have to wait for all the cars behind us to get their food (it was already a long line).They told us our order was ready and they just had to ring up our orders so that we can pay. We waited for a bit before they letus in, and the guy you rung our order was as slow as a turtle. We got our meals, but all 8 fries were basically frozen andsoggy, which just added onto the worry. We had to tell them so we could receive fresh fries, and we obviously waited evenlonger. Then we waited forever as well to receive a ups to put our drinks in. We had a curfew at 11, and didn?t get back atschool until 12. When we finally got to the school we realized that most of the food was already cold (we only live about 4minutes away). We were very upset and were dissatisfied with the way it was running last night. We don?t know if this is aroutine thing going on here, but something definitely needs to get fixed. Read more
The dining room doors were locked at 10PM despite the sign saying the dining room is open until 11.
I love, I love the customer service, had a mobile app order, and before I even gave her my code, they already had my order... ready. My food was fresh, best damn double bacon quarter pounder ever!!! Thank you Kenedy Mc Donald's! Read more
