Clean, quick, decent fast food burger, fries were great, dr. Pepper had too much soda not enough syrup
By far the worst burger King I've been to in Texas! I'm actually a big fan of them just not this one! Service is below a one... star rating. Gave a 1 star cause I can't put 0. They are always missing several items off the menu and almost all the timemissing lots of fountain drinks. Don't ever use the drive-thru cause the service is even worse there. They need to clean up thecurrent crew and hire new ones that actually want to work. Waited for 15mins in the drive-thru just so they could get my orderwith nobody else in front of me. There drive thru might take a little longer but they make everything fresh.
The only reason I did not give 5 stars is they forgot one order of hash brown. Otherwise they were very friendly and the food... was good. Read more
I have been here a few time through drive through. The staff is friendly but only down fall is they don?t listen very well.... Every time I have been to this location the staff always messes up my order in some way. No making sure I have ketchup , mustard& mayo on my burger. I even one time go my order & they gave me no napkins. Sometimes they don?t communicate through the drivethrough area very well. They have two drive thru lane. One day I went , I was in one of drive thru area & the order taker keeptaking orders from other lane & I was waiting for the awhile & no order taker . So that day I saw had no one behind me so backout & got in the correct order lane . Read more
VERY VERY BAD SERVICE, ordered a chicken sandwich to be dropped fresh and the person making the burgers looked at me as if I... were crazy, then I look over to whom I believe was the manager, and she also gave me that same look,after looking at the firstperson,I then sat facing the fryers, and an easy 5 minutes went by,so I then asked for a refund on the chicken sandwich,and onlythen did they tell me that they were going to drop me a fresh chicken patty !! I replied NO THANK YOU !!! JUST MY REFUND !! Ijust wonder how much service and money their loosing this company with service like that ?? I then decided to spend my moneysomewhere else !!! Read more
It's been a long time since I've had great burger king experience until now. I'm just passing through but This location cares... about the food, the quality and the customer service!!! Whoever is managing this store (today's date Dec 10th) is doing a GREATjob and Every location should replicate and model this. Thanks for bringing back the good memories of burger king!!! Read more
