The WORST customer service I have ever experienced. I placed an online order for pick up and as soon as I entered the... establishment, a young new hire who I applaud, was eager to assist me. I gave him my name an he promptly brought my order up.Suddenly an unidentified woman came towards me at lightning speed to snatch the food from my hands. With no explanation shewalked towards the end of the restaurant and waved me down. I asked the gentleman who she was and turns out she was themanager/?owner?. After waiting several minutes I asked him to please go get her for me, instead she refused and sent him to tellme that I have to step out of the establishment and go around to take my order. I told him I would not go around as I requestedto speak with her. I continued to wait an eventually a table needed her assistance. She avoided eye contact with me until shecouldn?t anymore and later approached me saying that the guy was new and apologized but she wanted to verify ?if they put whipcream and my chocolate chips.? But confirmed that the order was prepaid. I thanked her for wanting to confirm I had ?whip cream?and yes that the order was paid for as the gentleman had confirm previously. I then explained to her that I found it veryunpleasant how she snatched the food away from me with no explanation or direction. I told her I didn?t even know who she was, awoman snatching my food, she was not wearing any uniform or name tag and was wearing open toe sandals. I asked her to pleasebring me my food and she argumentatively said that there are standard in place and I needed to step out and go around. I toldher that am all for protocols but due to the series of event I would really appreciate a better customer service and if shecould just bring me my food as im a customer STEPPING PLACE INTO YOUR ESTABLISHMENT. This place used to be really good now the food comes out cold plates smaller chicken tenders were a joke and burned food takes... more than 30 minutes to come to the table orange juice bad watered down waiter terrible when I told her the food was cold shestarted screaming in front of the whole restaurant managers didn?t do anything about it. Lowered review from 5 to 2 stars. Main reason is the wait time for the food to arrive. It took 1 hours of wait for a $20 order... of food like crazy. Young people there very hard workers, but there is a manager or owner person there bossing around a bitdisrespectful even with the staff. Hopefully thing turns around, no coming back soon. Read more
Service was excellent. Our waiter, Gian Franco was awesome. He deserves a raise. He was so attentive and even tho the cook... messed up my order Guan showed great customer service. Besides that the mistake in my order of chicken tender sandwich vs plainchicken tenders turned out to b better. The place is clean n food came table quickly. Read more
Genuinely a terrible experience. The wait was an hour and a half, our drinks came after our food, my milkshake was HOT (the boys... did NOT come to yard ????), my bread had mold, they charged us for multiple items we didn?t order, and i?m sure there are somemore things i?m missing. also the sign was ugly. the one star i left was too generous Read more
So I went to IHOP with my cousins and their kids I have to see the server Jose was very efficient I arrived about 15 minutes... after my family and he insured that all food came out together in a timely fashion. He was very attentive to when the cup wouldbe emptied in providing refills and while the pandemic has definitely put a strain on both the bill and the overall diningexperience Jose did a good job at making us feel comfortable and not feeling rushed so we can enjoy family time together. Denny?s is much better. The service here was extremely slow, our server wasn?t very attentive regardless of how small and empty... the restaurant was. My fisherman?s platter was not tasty. This place has really gone downhill. Read more
