Served my daughter a mango smoothie that was made with rotten fruit! She sipped it & immediately complained of the taste, my son... & myself then dried it and it was indeed rotten. The employees refused refund because ?half was gone? but it was not nearly.Worst $9 purchase ever, I will never buy from such a careless business. Read more
The ice cream is great!! I have been buying ice cream from this place for years but I have never seen such rude customer service... like in this place. The server Gigi or Ingrid, never really got the name, but I heard it from another server, gave me a reallynasty attitude and told me to go do a new line after I had been in line for more than ten minutes. She argued that I had beenstanding in the wrong line. However, they did take the order from the person in front of me who had arrived at my same line justseconds before me. The least thing that the server could have done was to at least take my order considering how long I stoodthere and that no one seemed to had notice or even mentioned anything about being in the wrong line. On top of everything, theserver got upset and refused to give her name when I asked, and kept on asking why ? which I found to be super rude anddisrespectful, at the end she never gave me her name, and also didn?t have a name tag . I find it very unprofessional andcareless that none of the staff did much to help when they saw what was going on, also the manager Maria didn?t really do mucheither, though she was nicer, she still didn?t really put a quick stop, instead, also became confrontational with me. At theend, she offered to take my order but I was so upset at that point , that I just didn?t want to order anything and just left. Asmuch as I love this place I will never come back. They need to do better customer service training with their employees and mustensure that their employees treat customers the right way, because the customer is always right. Unfortunately I have to put one star to review but this was one of the worst experiences I've ever had at a Haagen-dazs. It was... an hour before closing and the ladies were cleaning up and upset they had to attend to customers. They were also out ofeverything, which to me seems impossible. The Haagen-dazs in Dolphin Mall doesn't ever run out of ice cream or toppings nomatter the time. I would not recommend this ice cream place to anyone! Read more
Very rude .geraldo the manager closed shop at545. At that time I wanted to buy icecream and he refused. My Seven year old wanted... that request today for the special bark peppermint and thy could not honor a simple request from a child on a holiday. Heclaimed that?s your problem and said I?m not your slave. If you say you are open till 6 then honor it and if you are a slave youwould not be paid and to tell me this and insult me in front of my child on a day like today is wrong. I have never thrown away food but I could not stand the lack of flavor. I got the seasonal pumpkin spice shake, it is made with... pumpkin puree and not pumpkin spice, there is a HUGE difference between the two. It overpowered the carmel ice cream and couldonly taste the pumpkin. It was not even lightly spiced it was just pumpkin I saw the can they put in after I bought it. Read more
