For a McDonald?s, it?s pretty good. They?re often sold out of things, just like the Soldotna store, but that?s just what living... in Alaska is like. Never had an issue with this place and they always have a long line. They have a play place but it?s kindasmall in terms of equipment. The space in the play area is large, plenty of room for people to eat and sit as a family whilekids play. Also some tablet style games and one tabletop electronic game to play while in the play place. Read more
If I could give the Kenai McDonalds ZERO stars I would. They are the slowest ?fast food? in the whole Peninsula. They normally... get every one of our orders wrong. For being one of the few options available it?s extremely sad. this last visit we waited overan hour for our food?. Pathetic. I usually pull into a mobile order spot and order from there but it takes longer than going in or the drive thru. My order it... usually missing something. Today I didn't get my burger and it's frustrating that I spend money and can't get my full order. Ididn't go back to get it because I was already all the way home. I'm not asking for a refund but to double check the ordersbefore you send them out to the customer. Read more
I would have given 5 stars but the service was terrible. We dined in, and myself, as well as other customers were ignored for at... least 5 minutes at the counter when trying to place our order. At least 3 employees walked right by and didn't even make eyecontact. I'd expect at least a "hey, sorry, we will be with you in a minute" but nope. Nothing. Read more
Last time we went to McDonald's it took us 35 minutes to get through the drive-through. It was the day after Thanksgiving. So,... we thought maybe they didn't have their regular staff on. There were 6 people standing around chatting & waiting for food tocome out and there was one person in the back cooking and preparing the food. Every place can have a bad day, right? So decidedto give them another chance today. This is what my double cheeseburger looked like when it came out of the bag. What a mess! Read more
