Worst experience ever Sighn says 24 hours. Then sighn on door says 5 am. Waited 20 min for staff to say not open till 530 do... to lack of staff. Poor service. Read more

Washrooms are gross. Seems to be a trend with Tim Hortons. The floors were nasty and needed to be mopped badly. toilet paper and... paper towel on the floor. Surfaces are sticky and not clean. Read more

More often then not they put sugar in coffee when ordered without. Wife picked me up 2 coffee today was to be 2 cream both have... sugar so dumped them down the drain. This is not the first time. Might just boycott Tim Hortons as this happens too often. ???? Read more

The food was decent, however, it was not without its minor flaws. My sandwich I ordered was cooked too much and didnt hold... together too well without me holding it. The timbits were well made however, so they have that going for them. Definitely a finespot for a small meal or two, but perhaps not an entire gigantic dinner. Read more

This location works like a well oiled machine. The staff are friendly and efficient. I usually get take out or drive through but... this morning I arrived before 6:00 am and thought to kill some time doing what I like best, eating and drinking coffee (pumpkinlate). I was able to not only observe the inner workings but also discovered why they work so well here. The supervisors, theone I spoke with today is an extremely efficient lady with a winning combination of friendly, firm and fair. She answered thestaffs questions quickly and well and saw a customer in need while the others were distracted by their jobs. There was also asafety conscious gentleman that loudly but cheerfully called out ?hot tray? whenever the warning was needed. 5 stars for anexcellent crew and deep gratitude for all the employees I saw this morning. Amazing food! We had a sampler plate with pulled pork, brisket, and ribs. Hubby had a burger with onion rings. Absolutely top... notch for everything! Waitress spoke English, which we really appreciated. Atmosphere, decor, and view overlooking Gatineau wasfantastic! Read more
