This is by far the best subway I?ve ever eaten at I frequent here multiple times a month and have for a couple years now the... veggies are always fresh and seem thicker cut compared to some of the other locations near me and the meat cheese and bread arealways great! Subway was my go to craving during the beginning of the pandemic I had worked at another location for 6 monthsbefore lock down and after lockdown while I was pregnant I was eating here what seemed like almost daily and they were alwayssweet enough to basically give me the entire container of tomatoes on my sandwich they always fixed any mistakes they made withmy food which was extremely rare I?m talking maybe 3 times with me making well over 150 online orders over 2 years (which is tobe expected because they are human and certain times of day can be faster paced) and they always call me if there?s any problemswith my online order instead of just guessing. This subway specifically got me through the pandemic my first pregnancy and nowthe first 18mo of my child?s life I am sure this review is probably a bit dramatic to post for a small town subway but I don?tcare I am truly grateful for them wouldn?t have survived the crazy days of 2020-2022 without them thank you Kemp Subway!!! I have been to this particular Subway numerous times. Each time I have come here, I received excellent customer service. The... staff is pleasant to talk to, the restaurant itself is always kept clean and tidy, as well as the restrooms. Being locatedright next to a high school, it does get busy at particular times. The hours on the glass state that they open at 9:00. We arrived at 8:51, so we waited. Stood outside the door at 9:05 in hopes... the worker would realize that they had a customer!!! Worker finally sticks head at the door and says, ?we don?t open until10:00.? We pointed to the store hours sign and they said, ?I know what the sign says, but we don?t open until 10:00? thanks forwasting our time! This is why you won?t succeed! Read more
