I want to shout out a worker at this whataburger, who was completely patient and nice throughout our drive thru visit. Seemed... like everyone in the car forgot what they were ordering. It was around 11 at night and I ordered to dine in and was given quick service. I would rate it 5 stars but they lost my order... in the process so I waited for a bit before I asked about my food. The food is warm and fresh do that's not a problem for me. Iwould suggest after 6 minutes asking about your food so long as it's not super busy. The bathrooms were clean and had soap aswell as paper towels so that's a win no matter where u eat. Read more
2nd time eating at Whataburger. They don't disappoint. I got exactly what I ordered, it was pretty empty when we gpr there but... the drive-thru was really busy. I wish we Whataburger closer to Wisconsin. Will definitely return! Read more

This is probably the only negative visit I have ever had at Whataburger.. the car in front of me was evidently School buddies of... one of the young men who was working the drive-thru window. I sat in line behind for several minutes while they were goofing offand chit-chatting. By the time I got my food it was cold because it had been sitting there. 1. App/Online Orders/To-Go/Menu Yes. They have an app, and it works, BUT they were about 8 minutes longer than how long they... said it would be. Total wait time around 16 minutes. 2. Convenience The app is super convenient, but make sure you giveyourself more time than they state. They are never on time, even nights like tonight when they were SLOW. 3. Parking Plenty ofparking. 4. Wait Time Again, expect a 15+ minute wait. Not very fast. 5. Food correctness Make sure you check everythingBEFORE you leave. Tonight's error, missing large fries. I'm glad we had more or I would have had one upset kiddo. 6. FoodFlavor Tonight--bland. Fries had zero salt. The coke in the machine was sputtering and I had to dump it and fill it twice toget an acceptable flavor. Burgers were ok. 7. Service Service was good, minus the errors in execution. Everyone waspolite. 8. Value For $21.51 for 2 burgers and an extra fry (that I never got) it's hard to build value. When the fries arecold and have no salt, you start missing McDonalds fries and value. 9. Dec 5, 2020 I went and ordered a chili cheese burger. I live down at the towers so it?s not a far drive what so ever, I started... to bite into my burger and the chilli was cold! That morning at 3am I started having stomach problems and I developed a mildcase of food poisoning.
