Overall this location is really nice, given that it is still fairly new. However, there is one guy there, I believe his name is... Colton, I?m not sure if he is a manager or not but he gives off such a negative vibe. When I walked in, a couple of theemployees greeted me and were very nice but this guy came out the backroom and was being rude to them in front of customers andyou can tell it shifted the employees happiness. The staff is always super friendly and great. No problem with that. I gave 3 stars because this location is constantly out of... certain things that are in common orders. It?s happened several times so I waited a good while to post anything about it just incase it was not a regular occurrence. They have been out of caramel, oat milk, cold brew, cups (???). Read more
This is the best Starbucks in town by a long shot. Every time I walk in they greet me by name ( had my name and coffee order... memorized after the second visit). Hit or miss. Inadequate amount of syrup (they do partial pumps for forget altogether). One person working was super hesitant to... extend her arm out the window and pretty much touched all over the mouth area of the lid. The drinks usually have a lot of roomat the top and I have to ask for full pumps and extra milk just to get the same product I get from every other Starbucks. Read more
This store will never make it as-is. I've never been so consistently ignored. Just counted 9 employees and no other customers... this visit without as much as hello for how long I don't know. Go to the drive through if you must. Dedicate some timeregardless. Yesterday, Sunday, May 22, 2022, I ordered a Frappuccino in the drive-thru. After the attendant informed me there were only 3... employees, she told me the blender wasn't working. I tried to back up, but the car in back wouldn't let me, so I waited in line.When the car in front of me pulled up to the window, the attendant gave the driver 3 blended drinks. Do not go here.
