Poor customer service poor quality in food and presentation. Dirty bathroom. I watched a couple ladies stand at the counter for... at least 5 minutes before they were acknowledged another 5 minutes before the order was takin. Took them 10 minutes to make mydaughters chip and cheese and a Mexican pizza that looked awful. Wearing the same gloves to make food that the touch the1aregister with. Can you say gross. I went to this restaurant tonight (11/22/22) to order dinner to go. I pulled up to the drive thru window where a nice sounding... woman asked me to wait just a moment. Normally that?s totally fine because I?ve worked fast food in the past and always givepeople grace but not this time. I waited ~8-10 minutes to order and no one took my order, there was a single car in front of meat the window and at least one car behind me. I opted to just drive through because of receiving no service in which I know theytold the person in front of me to pull around and wait for their food to be done. Long story short service is really slow. I?vehad to wait a period of time in the past (recently I might add) but nothing compared to this time. Read more

Just a few cars in line and it took longer than it should have, but that's fine, I understand, fast food isn't always fast. The... main problem was the customer service, we asked for a cherry bliss freeze and he just gave us just a regular cherry so we askedfor the syrup in it and he agrgued saying that we only asked for the cherry, and then proceeded to aggressively grab a cup andmake the cherry bliss one, I guess he could have misheard us, it happens. But the attitude! That wasn't necessary. I work infast food and I know how irritating it can be when your short staffed or just having a bad day but you do not need to takes itout on the customers, put on a fake smile and don't ruin other people's day just because you had a bad one. Place was slammed and service in the weeds. Yet, the crew continued through. Seemed as if the staff was short handed. Good... leadership on shift - rallying the crew, mindful of various demands, and, above all, lending a hand and doing a good job. I'veworked for managers that do more harm than good, more damage than real help, and this was definitely the exception. I hadlimited time, as did others, and we all got meals. If I was the owner or manager of this place, I'd be reconsidered my Management's hiring skills, or reevaluating my crew. Over... $15/hr. And seem to get my order correct less than 10% of the time.. beginning to wonder why I keep going back. Bad days don'thappen everyday.. Read more

Well this was supposed to be a supreme taco. It doesn?t even look appetizing. Waste of $. No more Taco Bell for me.

I?m six cars back in line at the drive through and notice they aren?t even taking orders So I go inside and wow they don?t let... you order with a person here? Wasted about 20 minutes waiting in line I guess I?ll just go find somewhere else. This locationis so hit or miss makes me wish juniors tacos was open this late!!! As I am writing this I see cars leaving the drive throughline like I did and the guy who is working inside is just talking to some female customer. He still hasn?t taken a single orderyet? :/ Read more

Was happy they brought back the Mexican pizza, till I bought two. Maybe when the employees are trained to prepare food they.... Should be taught accuracy before speed. Presentation of food should be taught. Last photo is supposed to be a taco. Read more
