This was my favourite wrap place for decades. I leave town for a few years, come back and the Thai wrap was devoid of flavour,... not enough sauce? all white rice and not enough fill. This is the worst WrapZone location out of the 3. The staff (particularly the owner) are rude. I bought some friends some gift... cards and they actually RETURNED one to me because they didn't want to go back to the location after dealing with the owner. Read more
This owner is quite a lady eh? called to inquire about missing some ingredients and she could not care. $26 bucks for 2 wraps is... a bit pricy when you aren?t getting what?s advertised. Read more
I come here regularly , great wraps and super friendly staff...one lady in particular knows my order every time!
The owner is quite passive aggressive at this location, which is upsetting that she treats customers poorly when they are not... happy with their orders saying things like "well don't get all excited" Which is just totally inappropriate. Food is just okhere and quite expensive for what you get. Will not be returning. Read more
I ordered a jimmy the Greek, the lady I talked to asked what size and what protein. And I said no protein and said zone size. ... I brought my wrap home and took a bite. Only to find that all it had was cucumbers and rice. The sticker said Mini the Greek. The jimmy the Greek and mini the Greek are the same size. Would not recommend. Read more
Wanted to try out one if the local delivery apps (Tutti) as an alternative to Skip The Dishes and my wife mentioned she thought... she saw a sign for Tutti at this location. I phoned to ask if this was true and spoke to the manager (Sharon/Shannon I couldn'tquite make it out) and she explained that they deliver with Ninja Now not Tutti and I apologized for my mistake and before shehung up the phone she let out a very dramatic audible groan in annoyance. I'll probably never try this place and I'll warnpeople about the questionable customer service. Read more
