This place is close to my work and ordering take out for my family for dinner is always satisfying and a good value. Its OK on a good day and not so much other times. Strange order system and often the front staff come accross rude. They are... often on the phone and taking an in person order at same time and not repeating back etc. Comical to watch but the frustrationon peoples faces is understandable. Food quality is not great unfortunately. Ginger beef is not crispy and its grissly minutesteak you'll be spitting in garbage. Some things are OK but merely OK. Wish it was better. Theres only one good Chinese place inKelowna area and thats in Peachland. Oddly prices are not much different from there to here but the quality is night and day.Wok Inn is a step up from mall food but ..... just. No dine in. Its all take out. Small section of tables but its just peoplesitting waiting for takeout. Parking lot is a mess. Strange building, strange neighborhood and cast of characters. Was told pickup for 6:35 waited till 7:00 inside with truck running. The lady answered the phone and started taking people's ... order while I was waiting in line already for 5 min before paying Instead of putting them on hold. My beef and vegetables camewith 1 piece of beef and no carrots. The only thing my daughter loves from it. Unbelievable.!! Not to me tonight no plum saucewith my spring rolls. This restaurant is amazing. Nothing fancy; but, the food is phenomenal, as well as the service. We had our go to?s in Kelowna... (and as fabulous as their good was, they closed). It is refreshing to find a new place that we love. Keep this going Wok Innand encouraging anyone with accolades for this restaurant to share. Food and service exceeded expectations. Just ordered take out from the restaurant and had to write that the food was excellent.... We ordered Ginger Beef, Kung Pao Chicken and Singapore Noodles. The food was hot and tasted great and the chef uses zero transfat and no hydrogenated oil. We will definitely order food here again. Read more
We placed our order 4h in advance. Went to pick it up and was told to wait. and wait we did, for 25 minutes. Finally we get our... food, we live 5 minutes away and it's all cold except the veggies.. If we wanted to microwave Chinese food Save on sells it forhalf the price, thanks Read more
Great meal, good prices. Sweet and sour chicken balls are mostly chicken with a great thin layer of batter! English is a second... language so our phone order turned out to be unfortunately almond chicken instead of lemon chicken. I'm allergic to nuts, so itleft a lot for my wife to eat (2nd meal).
