It's a chain restaurant so generally I don't like that as much, but I can't dock stars for that because it's the base of who... they are. The staff are friendly and fairly quick. Food is what you order - wish they had a nutrition handout when you ask forit - it should be one of the benefits of a chain restaurant. Be warned - their food is not good for you and eating here toooften will make you less healthy, but as a treat it's nice! Read more
We were visiting from out of town, and my wife had been recommending this place for years (I had never tried it before). Finally... made a stop in here and was very pleased with the food and the service. Our server was Alyssa, and she checked in on usregularly and brought our order out quite quick. Everything was hot, fresh and delicious. Would definitely recommend, greatfamily restaurant...especially with younger kids. Read more
Given that everyone is facing inflation & has fewer dollars to spend eating out these days, give this place a miss. It's not... cheap and the food is just "okay" (for a place whose claim to fame used to be delicious hamburgers, they should do much better,and at least some of their meals appear to be frozen & nuked with a tell-tale skim of water on the bottom of your bowl/plate).They charge $3.99 for a cup of coffee which when I had it was horrible & burnt-tasting. The young staff is eager & efficient,but relentless in their "upselling" (which I'm sure is corporate policy) and too many things have a high "extra charge". Isplurged a little and ordered gravy for my fries, for instance; do NOT do this: it was packaged glop barely nuked/warmed up andtasted like ... packaged glop. The air-conditioning was nice, though. Just had breakfast here and by this meal alone they get 5 stars. First, the restaurant is clean. You can usually tell by the... smell if a restaurant is clean. Second, the people are nice. And the Cheese Steak Hash was a amazing. Way too much food tofinish. Read more

came here for mother?s day we waited 45minutes for cold, hard food. the beef dip was dry and the meat looked like it was the... ends of the pot its like muck chewy beef, the bun was so hard. the rest of the burger where cold and not flavourful all themeat was dry and the fries where cold and stale i didn?t even eat them only the burgers because we where so hungry. the zoosticks are cold i could have doordashed my order and would have been warmer. we was our food sitting for over 15 minutes underthe heat lamps and no servers took it to us. will not leave a tip or come again Read more
