Can?t get why people complain so much about this place and has a low rate , because every time that I have been there the... service is excellent And the employees are nice. THE WORST STAFF AND SERVICE. I ordered small coffee w/ quarter FV. And they charged me for FV. Even though it?s not a big deal,... i asked her why i am paying for 1/4 FV instead of 3/4 coffee. She said it?s the policy, so i cancelled the order and went todifferent tims where they charged me right. I would suggest the staff to rewatch the videos and stop playing with customers forfew cents. I went in the drive thru ordered 2 everything bagels double toasted with butter. Instead, they gave me everything bagel toasted... with herb and garlic. This is the second time this happened to me. Not only this, most of the time the staff will ignore you andkeep on talking with each other and laughing. No attention towards guests what they say. Very disappointing. Read more
Went this morning, order a ice mocha latte and she punched in vanilla and she double checked and we corrected her. And then she... gave us the hot one and started saying you didn?t say the ice mocha latte if I didn?t say the ice mocha latte then I also didn?tsaid hot drink. Anyways then the stared making faces and saying something instead of making the right order. Then i said to myfriend, I will post a good review for the other girl who was making our order, I asked her name as she was not wearing a nametag, she said ? it?s none of your business? and slammed the door on our faces.
