10/10 recommend this amazing little shop! The girls at my salon and I order there Togo food almost everyday during the week.... Vegan vegetarian or not this place always makes great deli food! Had the chance to try many products they offer during an event I attended. I am very curious about the substitutes we can find... nowadays. The food was extremely good, some recipes could fool anyone into thinking it's actual meat! I was pleasantlysurprised. Many BC brands among the good selection of products - chilled, frozen, packaged, deli. Sliced vegan meats, salads, the best... no-egg-salad sandwich I?ve ever had, baked goods (including Nanaimo bars, donuts, squares), condiments, salsa, frozen meals,vegan butter and cheeses and lots more. Updating six months later, had a very good, grilled breakfast sandwich and a haul ofgroceries and deli items. Also redeemed some reward points for a free portion of potato salad. Read more

Last night we tried the Fajita Meal Kit. It was so good and so much food , it could have served 6. The kit was super easy to... make and we loved the Soy Curls. They really do taste just like chicken. We will be getting this meal kit again for sure!!! Read more

I really enjoyed their sausage breakfast sandwiches and chickpea toona, delicious and nutritious! I tried the cashew based vegan... mozzarella cheese, it?s actually nice. It?s a lovely store overall. The rainbow salad is rather nice too. I ordered house-madelasagna made with beyond meat crumbles, it tasted absolutely delicious after popping it in the oven as per instructions.
