4.8! Coming from the south, the Orient Restaurant has one of Kelowna's most 'seasoned' house special fried rice dishes we've had... since moving here. Something about comfort food ???? We ate it (inhaled while standing) straight out of the box!!! The leftovers will be even better tomorrow! The prices are reasonable and the food was delightfully enjoyable!!! LOTS OF FOOD in thefried platter!!! Take out dinner! Why not! Good food and super fast pick service available especially just before closing. Wonton soup was good... as well as the chicken Chow Mein. Crispy Shrimp was very tasty and crisp we had some sweet chilly pepper sauce at home to dip itin which was great. Good prices and quality. Read more
OMG we ordered for the first time from this....... I don't really even think you can call it a restaurant and we ignored the... negative comments focusing on the positive ones. What a huge mistake. In my 60 years on this Earth I have had a lot of badChinese food but nothing, I repeat nothing compares to the absolute disgusting food this restaurant is serving. If you chooselike we did to listen to the good reviews then you will only have yourself to blame as we do now because take heed and stay awayfrom this restaurant the food is atrociously, horrendously terrible. It is difficult to even describe how bad this food is. Evenafter we added our own sauces to everything it still was so overpowered by flour and soggy noodles and a taste that is even hardto describe. The worst mall food that has been sitting for 8 hours I would rather eat than order from this restaurant again. Read more
