Amazing customer service at this location! The cashier initially made a mistake with the transaction using a coupon and over... charged me. I was analyzing the receipt about to leave and then another worker stopped me and corrected the transaction andthrew a few cookies in for free. above and beyond service, and very fast. Read more
Our family loves to eat at Subway, but will no longer be going to this location. On more than one occasion, staff had their... personal jewellery touching our food. As a staff member was making our subs, I noticed that her many bracelets (at least 10bracelets on each arm) kept touching the food. I asked her to please make sure she didn't get her bracelets in our food, andanother male employee stepped in to make it instead. I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt, so tried eating there againa few months later. It was a different employee, but same situation with bracelets touching the sandwiches while they madethem. In this day and age with Covid, employees should be going above and beyond to keep their personal jewellery out of thefood they are preparing. From now on, we will drive to a further location with better food handling practices. Read more
