Maybe the worst Starbucks I've ever been to in my life. I regret going here. First of all it's super small and cramped, the... layout is all wrong, there was like 50 people in here and nobody knows where the line ups are, and you can't barely get in orout of the place, also from the time we entered the place to when we got our drinks was close to 40 minutes, ugh. On top of itthe drink was wrong but I didn't feel like waiting another 20 minutes for them to remake it so I just didn't drink it. Long line but it's a busy location on a Saturday. Batista was friendly and they seem pretty efficient. Drinks were as expected.
Never write bad reviews but was pretty annoyed with this one. Came here before the mall was open to pick up my order and the... washrooms were locked, which I thought was normal and I would just have to ask for a key or to get buzzed in. But the ladyworking rudely told me ?the washrooms are locked?. ?So can you unlock them for customer use?? I asked and she said no and thatthey are ?locked for safety reasons?. A bit ridiculous to not offer washrooms when your customers are buying food & bev.Especially at a Starbucks, a large chain that always has washrooms. And when the mall is closed in the morning. I understand thesafety part, but needing to use the bathroom is also a safety issue. Keep them locked and only let your paying customers usethem.
